Why is my bot not replying to comments?
Check that your bot is Active (not Simulation or Away mode) in Settings. Verify your daily reply limit has not been reached in Status.
How do I connect Facebook / Instagram?
Click Connect on the home page and log in with Facebook. Ensure your Page is in Live mode in your Facebook Developer App settings.
Why are YouTube drafts not posting?
Drafts release during your schedule window. Without a schedule they post immediately. Check your Schedule settings and that your YouTube OAuth token is valid.
How do I pause all bots at once?
In the mobile app tap the platform pill then the Pause chip. On the web dashboard use Away Mode in Settings.
Why is TikTok posting slow?
TikTok replies use browser automation (20–60 seconds). The app shows a live status indicator while posting in the background.
How do I switch Facebook Pages?
Go to Settings and tap Switch next to your page name, or tap Switch Page on the Status card in Chat.
How does AI learning work?
Star replies you like and flag ones you do not. The AI uses these to improve over time. View stats in the Analytics tab.
How do I delete my data?

👥 Facebook — Error #200 (Permissions)Your app needs
pages_manage_engagement. Submit for App Review at developers.facebook.com.📺 YouTube — Quota ExceededYouTube has daily API limits. Replies queue as drafts automatically and post the next day.
🎵 TikTok — Session ExpiredTikTok sessions expire periodically. Reconnect via QR code in the TikTok dashboard.
📱 Mobile — No NotificationsEnable in iOS Settings → Notifications → SocialConductor, then re-open the app.
📌 Simulation Mode ONReplies show as simulated when Simulation Mode is active. Toggle it off in Settings.
